Bby crank pulley bolt swap

Good evening,

I have a bby 04 1.4 petrol and am gearing up for belt change.

I checked the bolt on the pulley and it's the hollow head 150nm bolt, so I'm in for a nice time removing it!

My question is can I fit the lower torque bolt solid head version or does it have to be the hollow head one back in

Does anyone have a link or part number for the bolt please?

Thanks!

It’s in the Audi manual. Solid head is a replacement for hollow head but the torque is much lower. I think hollow head is a NLA part.
If there is any doubt from others I’ll check the manual and post what i find.

Thank you, do you know part number?

I was hoping to fit the lower torque hence question so this is great news.
Just have to pray to God's of leverage to get old bolt out next then once I get new bolt.

Thanks

Mate, as long as it's put in with the gun it'll be fine. I may possibly be able to pop over and help but my time is concertina-ing (?) up as I'm off on 11/12th Oct for a couple of weeks.

I assume the hollow one is the old one?

Edit, bad news 7Zap lists N91048701, a google search brings up the hollow head screw.

Ahh so the high torque is the new and remaining part number, what a 150nm pain :-) Explains why my 2004 model has this fitted.
