15" with Bridgestone Turanzas all round 195/60. No rubbing, good grip (wet or dry), comfortable (compared to the RS4 17" that were on the car) and low rolling resistance tyres coupled with light wheels seem to make the car faster with better MPG. Search Audi A1 Ronal on fleabay...

Define "best" Best for looks or fuel efficiency or comfort? There are trade-offs.I'm looking to change my wheels and tyres and just curious what you consider the best size and set up? Are there any advantages to staying with the standard 16" rims or perhaps going down to 15"?
