Blaupunkt TravelPilot connection

I am trying to fit a Blaupunkt TravelPilot Rome Nav55E to an Audi A2 1.4 TDi. I can fit the head unit ok but having a little problem with the wiring. The plugs seem standard but I think the pinouts may differ, in particular the power supply as it seems not to get any power at all.
Is it a case of having to change the pinouts or is there an adaptor I can use. I think I may have found what I need here: Part reference: PC9-401 at http://www.bluespot.co.uk/install/show_model.asp?id=14

Thanks

Yes, you've found it already - Blaupunkt do a fantastic range of harness adapters for their own products - I used to use this exact same adapter with my Woodstock DAB54 radio.

Cheers,

Mike

Thanks Skipton I'll let you know if it works or it blows up. The 404 seems to have RCA connections for the speakers, but as there aren't any on the back of this unit I'll assume the 401 is the one I need.
I'm posting another question regarding removing that storage tray at the bottom of the centre console so if you think you might be able to help please look.

Bose written on the door speakers and displayed on the headunit when you turn it on. Oh and a sub in the boot.

To remove the storage shelf, you need to make sure that the ashtray is open, then insert both hands into the slot and whilst pushing outwards on the top/bottom of the box, pul sharply forwards.

It is an acquired skill, but that's the way to do it!

Cheers,

Mike
