Bonnet fasteners

Hey folks
New to the forum, not Audi's, first post .

Looking to lean some knowlage on the bonnet fasteners, I'm looking to buy my first A2 and the car in question has an issue with the bonnet fastners , the 1/4 turn ones.
One side doesn't engage to locked position.

Could someone be so kind to point me the right direction to rectify the issue,?
Any help would be gratefully appreciated
 
When mine struggle; I knok the bonnet with flat hand towards centre of the car.
(when you fit the bonnet it is important to push it enough "into" the car, if you are too careful you will not be able turn the fasteners as required, push until bonnet is flush with the headlamps)
