Boost Guage...I wonder?

Hello all, following disapointing feedback from the 18 inch wheel thread I also have another idea, is it possable to fit a turbo boost pressure guage to my A2? 1.4TDI (90) ? just thought about it yesterday, could be pritty cool, an good for fuel consumption and driving pleasure so the makers of boost guages tell me.... thoughts?

no reason why not - you'd just have to plumb the capillary into the manifold somehow, and sort out how to route it etc. - same as any other gauge installation really.

I don't want to be a complete kill-joy, but you'll be in for a tricky time if you try it - getting anything through an A2s bulkhead is nigh on impossible due to the relatively small number of electrical connection between the engine bay and the cockpit.

You'll also have the problem of where to mount a gauge without it looking tacky. The A2 is not your typical Max Power readers ride of choice after all!
