I bought a 2002 1.4 A2 for my young daughter who passed her test 6 weeks after her Birthday.

Where can i get a replacement glove box?

The handle on hers broke off.

I think the handle can be replaced without needing to change the whole glove box.
Some here have even repaired them I think...
How broken is it?

(mine was recently fixed and the lid is currently undergoing cosmetic surgery involving the sacrifice of a pig and a birch tree), so the mech is understood.

The lever on the lid is clipped in place, and then pushes a plastic rod to the side. There's a cog at one point, which pulls the other side's locking mechanism in. It's all very simple. The cog's axle may break; I've replaced mine with an A2 stainless M4x10 screw....

The silver handle just broke off.
A guy had a box for sale but he could not find suitable packaging to send it.
Anyone near Bishops Stortford who can fit it?
