can i put a 3 bench seat in my car?

i was hoping i could swap my rear two seater bech to a three seater. is this possible? will they come out like the two seaters do when you want to put large items in the car and need the back seats to come out?

I'm afraid that this a non-starter.

Chris, (ULP), and I tried this some years back and the mounting points which fix the seat to the car body are completely different.

If you must have a bench, then a new car is the only option - sorry.

:( having a new baby soon and could do with another seat. just after i have fixed the car too and it is running so well. i dont want to get rid. i worked out it saves us a £900 worth of fuel a year!.... might just have to live with it then untill it really starts to any me:rolleyes:

Bench seat swap

I'm a new owner - picked mine up last Saturday from mjs4x4. 1.4 TDI Sport with rear bench seat. I really wanted split rears so interested in your request. I live in Cumbria and would be willing to meet up with you to compare both cars side by side
