can this part be removed for painting?

Dont know how this part is called, but i would like to have it painted. Would be best to remove it to do that. Better than masking, i think. So, can it be removed?

Yes it can, try to do it on a warm day to make it more plyable

Easily removed Andrej....start from the boot end and simply prise upwards. Should just peel out.

Andrew thanx for the helpful link. Now when the car is "finally" polished, this rain gutter strips really look bad. Need to paint both sides. Will post results. Hope they will be good, as i have other things to paint to (spoiler).
