CCCU repair service

just spotted this and i am absolutely shocked that someone so important could be treated like this by one of our members. To be completely honest i do honestly hope this member/s are no longer part of this community and that they are eventually named and shamed. We would hate for them to move on to another vw/audi forum from this one and create more hassle within our a2 sections.
Someone like Lau needs major respect and the full backup from this community. I say name and shame the users so we can all steer clear of them.

This has all gone a bit quiet, so I'll PM Tom and Tony from the forum who I'm aware have been in touch with Lau. Hopefully they can give an update.
 
I would be interested in the outcome especially a i know my Q unit needs repairing soon

Thanks for the update. I hope you won't mind giving me ideas to identify what a heck is going on with my A2.

Driver side central lock doesn't work only if i use the keys, also since they put my car on computer in a garage my right passenger door can not be opened doesn't matter how our where do you try it. /pull it twice didn't work, pull inside than outside didn't work, removed the battery connectors for 30 mins didn't work/

Please help or give me a link here where to find anything related on this forum as i got lost when I tried
