It is but you get very little for your money. When I looked you could get about 5-6hp for about £400 but this was around two years ago. High performance air filters and exhaust might give a little more.
They specialise in turbos, not just diesels, since there is so much more that can be done with a turbocharged engine - e.g. 660bhp in a 1.8T Passat (but our fleet manager wouldn't let me do it).
2002 1.4 Petrol SE, silver with climate control for SWMBO (1.4 Petrol SE, Ebony Black, grey leather, heated seats, climate, opensky, five spoke alloys on order) Honda Accord Tourer 2.2 iCDTi for me.
