Chrome Grille

Hello all, I found this picture on the internet and just wondered if anyone knew how to go about fitting the lower chrome grille on the bumper onto my car? Do you think its just some of that chrome tape or is it a part from another audi model thats been put on? I think it looks great and would love to try and do this mod on my car.
