Climate control codes

Hi guys i have a 2005 A2 and was reading up on the climate control codes that you can do to get engine speed, diagnostics etc. I cannot get it to work on my climate control unit and am wondering if you have to press a different combination of buttons on the later unit

Any ideas?

Hi,

I think climate control codes only works on older Audi Models with older climate control unit, not on A2.

Thats weird because i thought i read about it somewhere on this forum, maybe the later models have different software?

Anyone know about this?

Does not work on any A2!!!!!

But radio codes do work on the two button radios...
real Speedo and more on the radio display.
