Clips for securing front mats

I have just bought a set of Original Audi front mats for my A2, It has never had original mats fitted. Do i now need to go and buy new clips to secure the mats? The new mats have holes in them, the carpet has a hole with a small plastic circle on it, do I need additional clips to secure the mats? Is there a cheap ebay item to solve this?

they are dirt cheap from Audi, i just replaced some on mine - only a few pence each.

Don't suppose you have the part numbers? I looked on Stoke Audi Parts and the fitting kit is £8.50 + delivery..

the bottom bit (the one which sits under the carpet is

3D0 864 523

the other bit is 8z0 864 229 A (i think im just looking at the plastic bags the came in!

just go to your local audi dealer they are pretty generic parts, not a2 specific.
