Cooling Fan

Hi guys,

i was wondering if anyone could help... as soon as i turn the engine on the cooling fan turns on, whether it's hot or not. i have taken the two sensors off (one by the cylinder head and one by the side of the radiator) and it still turns on... what do you think it may be?

That's normal if you have climate control

to test


turn the air con off using econ button, fan should stop if engine cold or at normal operating temp.

to test if fan is working correctly, after a long run leave engine on, turn off internal heating/aircon using off button, and rev to 3000 rpm for a couple of mins, fan should come on.
