Had few slow and fail to start issue on freezing clod morning. Change the battery was still having issues. I suspect the earth strap behind the headlight. How ever further inspection reviled its was corrosion on Battery terminal fuse on + side of the battery.
Procedure fix this,
Just remove both battery terminal with M10 tool. (Nuts on 1 and 2 on the picture no need to remove screws on 4)
On fuse(+ side) remove all three nuts and remove fuse( metal strip) (M10 size)
Open the plastic fuse box
Clean screws with wire brush
Clean flat surfaces with fine sand paper.
Wash all bits with contact cleaner
Also clean battery terminal before putting every thing back.
Alternator is on works properly (14.4Volatge ), how every corrosion may have hider current getting back to the battery to charge worsening my situation over time.
