Hmm...minor event last night in the heavy rain, that I haven't seen commented on. Opened the drivers door to get in, as I got in and the car leant to the side , about half a gallon of water poured off the (Open Sky) roof and deposited itself on my right thigh!! No gutters to disturb the aerodynamics, of course!!!

When I quized my Audi Dealer about buying an A2 with Open-Sky he said dont buy it, because the roofs leak, is that your problem? I dont see why he would lie its in his best interest to sell me the more expensive model. Has anyone else had any problems with Open-sky and leaking roofs?

My wife found that the seat belts feel a little damp after a heavy rain fall. Not sure it this relates to a leak from the Sky roof though?? Has anyone else found this?

No, the roof didn't leak, the water just ran off it onto my right leg which was still outside of the car.The roof is watertight, I'm pleased to say.

Factor - If my memory serves me correctly there has only ever been one A2 owner (from Greece) who has experienced dire leaking problems.

;) just passing the info I got from me dealer on, I dont see how it could leak but so he says. just didnt see why he would lie to me as he would be getting more money not losing.

There are many issues in question where an Audi dealer could hardly be accused of lying, its just that they are often ignorant and poorly informed.
