Edinburgh Low Emissions zone

As there is no specific item that is changed, (only the euro 4 added), what did you say to theDVLA as there does not appear to be a relevant section or box that needs ticking on the V5
Oh yes there is, see top left hand side:

This is the new V5C for the TT. Still waiting for the A2 version.

Yes I got that, the problem is that there is no where that I can see on the old V5 where the owner can ask to have the euro class added.
On my existing V5 the euro class is blank, the section 1 of the V5 "Change my Vehicle details" There are spaces to change wheel plan/body type VIN, colour, etc but no where add the euro status.

Step 1: Get the CoC from Audi.
Step 2: Send CoC, along with your V5C to DVLA (SA99 1BA) with a letter, asking for a new V5C, with the Euro class, and emissions data shown on the CoC.
Step 3: After a longish wait (about 6 weeks in my case), you'll receive a new V5C including the previously missing details.
Here's the text I used, just add your Reg and VIN.
Mac.
"Please update my V5C to reflect the Euro 4 classification,
I have enclosed the current V5C, the Certificate of Conformance and Declaration from the manufacturers, VW/Audi.
Thank you in advance for your help"

It took DVLA 12 weeks to change the taxation class on my BMW motorcycle to Historic. So you may have to wait a little longer for the return of the V5C.
