EGR valve on fsi ?

Guys I am wondering if the EGR valve is causing my map sensor fault code, fitted new map sensor and fault code is still there.
I would like to clean it out but is it a big job ? Do I need new gaskets etc?
Any help or pointers would be great. Inc any ideas as to what else could be causeing the map sensor fault 1.6fsi
 
Map sensor signal to high. And circuit permormance. I changed he map sensor but it come back after being cleared after starting the car and going for a few runs.
 
Maybe worth tracing the wiring and check its not damaged. Other than that i cant offer any help. Hopefully one of our more techie guys will chip in.

This has nothing to do with egr valves but as a new member I find this site very hard to use. Anyway can anyone with a 1.6 fsi tell how to connect the fuel pipes to the fuel pressure regular and the engine please. Pic/drawing/reference?
