Engine Management Warning light

Hi All, yesterday having driven 15 miles to work i parked my A2 and soon after ther was a puddle of water running from underneath my car it soon dried up in the sunshine then i drov e home again, got in this morning and the EML was on when i got to work i checked for water and none to be seen but about 30 mins later sure enough the water appeared again, any ideas please?

If the water is only a few drips giving a saucer sized damp patch on the ground then it could be moisture from the aircon condenser core. Now its a bit warmer, this is quite normal. If its more than that then I would remove the bonnet and check the coolant reservoir level to make sure you don't have a leak.
Its possible the EML may be a separate issue which could be checked out with a diagnostic scan.

Thanks Spike,when i started the car last night to go home the light had gone off but a few mins after i started my drive today it came back on and stayed on for the duration of my journey but no more water today.
