Engine swap, AUA to replace BBY

would the BBY car function fine with a AUA swap.. the ECU, fuel system etc all work ? I have both ECU and cars to swap and change as needed. I want to put the AUA engine into the BBY car

Yes, but you would need to change the rocker cover over with the cams because the AUA uses a single coilpack with leads whereas the BBY uses individual coil packs.
