Hi Guys,
I have A2 1.4 petrol 2001 model. I did a diagnostics recently as I found some oil spillage, fuel consumption getting crazy and the engine knocking while getting off the block, or reversing etc. This, followed up with constant engine check light made me do this.
The diagnostics came back with the following error codes:
Error code 16555 - Fuel trim, Bank 1 - System too lean,
17604 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor heater Circuit, B1S1- Electrical Malfunction p 1196 35-00
17589 - linear O2 Sensor Reference voltage open circuit p1181 35-10 intermittent
What do these codes mean and what are the steps i need to take now to repair these?
I change the distribution set, the filters recently.
