fault code 16407? what is it?

Normally if its not on the RossTech database it can be found on the Gendan (Company who sells VagCom and other fault code readers) web site.
For this code I could not find anything......... is there any chance there ar a couple of numbers of the code the wrong way round.

i have wiped the number codes now so can not check!
The car has not been running right and it was a code i have never come across before. its often comes up with the egr valve every month and i just wipe it and all is ok for a while.
it has been idling badly recently and switched itself off today in a traffic jam but it was idleing ok when the engine decided it wanted to stop? do you think the throttle valve needs cleaning?
its a 1.4 petrol.
