Fault code 19559

Below is a relevant older post that relates to fault code 19559, so I copied it across for reference

The actuator works a flap in the intake manifold and all it does is limit the airflow into the cylinders when the engine is switched off. The engine then comes to rest smoothly rather than shuddering to a stop on the compression stroke. The flap 'fails safe' so the engine should not be starved of air when running. If your engine comes to rest with a bit of a thud and you can live with it then its safe to run the engine. Aparently, early Golf diesels did not have the flap system and many owners complained because they thought the engine was about to seize up.
The flap is vaccuum operated so if possible, your mechanic should check the manifold flap is working freely plus the pipework and wiring connection to the solenoid valve before replacing parts

Over the last 9 months the engine management light has come on about half a dozen times normally when the car has been standing for a couple of days or engine just switched on for a short time without driving but it soon goes off. Got around to buying a handheld scanner and it is reporting error code 19559.

Is there a guide anywhere to show how to clean the manifold flap and where the solenoid valve is?

Thanks
