Got to my car in the Fort Dunlop car park at 7:30 this morning to find all of the windows down.

Nobody had nicked anything (good job I took the two iPad minis out of the headrests!!!)

I reckon it must have been as we were leaving the car park to start the meal, I probably clicked the unlock button twice rather than the lock button!!!

The inside of the car was quite damp with all of the overnight "moisture" but thankfully it hadn't rained properly!!!

I think I will check a bit more carefully every time now!!!

That is the second time I have done that, last time I had bird poo on the seat, this time water!

Steve...was just trying to look at my photos to see if your windows were down, but I can't tell for certain.
I also failed to say "hi!" and ask you about the wheel trim/disc for YorkshireHill (oh and the A2OC badges from Mike).
Your car looks even better in the metal.

Thanks.

Yes I forgot about the wheel centres too and I had some in the car but I don't think they were the right ones.
I guess that the best way to check would be to compare measurements?
The diameter of the disc and also the diameter across the outer edges of the "legs"
They are also not the very light silver, they are ever so slightly darker.
But Hillary can have them, I don' need them any more.

As for the photos, I think I did it (left them down) as I left for the meal, that was after everyone else had left and so I think that the windows were up until then. (which means that they were open for 12 hours!!!

Thanks anyway

That is a relief! I can't say I noticed when I got back to my car to leave. You were quite fortunate I think. There was a lot of 'activity' around fort Dunlop when I left. I pulled up behind two folks street racing an S4 against a golf R32. There was a lot of unsavory driving going on.

Oh well,

No harm done.

By the way I had a play with the image of the S1 and Mike's yellow storm

Just for fun

Thanks for that.

I was sidetracked and didn't get chance to chat or see the new kit you have installed, so next time. !!!!!

Many thanks for the super organisation as per usual, Mike! :)

Myself and my father thoroughly enjoyed the evening, and it was great to put more names to faces. The food was great, Duet seems a fantastic location to host this type of event, especially with the large floodlit car park outside.

Many thanks to all involved.

Regards,

Matt.

One or two people mentioned at the social that Steve,s car looks better "in the flesh" as opposed to the original avatar picture. The new pic does it more justice !.
