First social of 2017--evening meal in Birmingham

Have a good one peeps! I hope the weather holds as is forecast allowing for some car park action pre-dinner.

Di and I are in Brum watching Mrs Brown's Boys at the Genting arena - clashes bang on with the meal unfortunately or we would have joined you. A good venue and good food which is a bonus.
 
Wishing everyone a safe and trouble free journey to Birmingham... really looking forward to us meeting up for a chat and a meal. Merlin threw up a 17564 fault code yesterday (manifold pressure sensor)... I,m hoping he just needs a good run out to clear the MAF !.

I think it could well be Jeff... he doesn,t like the short journey of only a mile to the petrol station !. :(
 
Drive safe all--once at the fort dunlop site go to the far end of the car parks and park close to the front opposite duet (looking at the hotel-retail building) we will be there from 5.30-6.00 pm for a chat around the cars and some photos before heading into the Duet for 7.00pm. The weather is looking fab so enjoy the drive up 2 hours for us.

I have no idea what Mabel's latest EML light is for but runningfine so will just ignore it like before and get them to check it when she goes in for a service. If you see a blue A2 at the side of the road though........ :)

Thanks Chris - I did notice you were snapping away.
We really enjoyed the evening yet again - the weather also helped make the drive more enjoyable. Thanks for you all in attending the evening and it's so nice to see some new faces in attendance.

Chris - fab pictures. The one of the three of us is funny. I don't know what to do with my arms. Aimee is rocking the coquettish look and Dave was clearly one of the dancers in Maddona's vogue video.
And a huge thank you to Jeff for rebooting my girl. The light stayed off all the way home :)

I had a good journey -came across a massive Harley Davidson convoy. Must have been about a mile or so long, two or three abreast. It looked and sounded awesome.
