@Ben A couple of people on the FB page are saying that their accounts are locked down as if they are "new members", @enzo. I think it is asking them for subscription...

I see that when sending "Messages" it is the same set up as sending PMs in that you cannot just include images in the same way that you can include them in normal threads.

When you click on the "insert image" it seems to only offer you the URL option.

Is there anyway that we can include images from our drives instead of via hosted images please?

I am guessing that it is unlikely, since the same restriction was there for PMs on the old site, but I can't figure out why including images should be different?

Not to worry, it would just be a "nice to have"

You first need to add the images you want to show into your media folder, click on “media” in the toolbar at the top of the page, click the “add media” button then select “new personal folder”, add your image(s) then allow access to the person you want to have the “conversation” with. You then add the image to the message by clicking on the camera icon, not the image icon.
This method worked for me when I sent a message to Mike with a photo attached.
 
Thank you. That does work of course but it seems an awful lot of faffing about when you can use the easier option on threads but not on messages?

That's the only way I could find to do it. I'd be very happy to be told there's a much simpler version, but I spent about an hour experimenting and that was the only way I found.

Yesterday I inadvertently managed to turn up a list of all the threads that I have (recently?) started. I don't know how I did this and I couldn't seem to be able to do it since. It was interesting, so could you advise, please?

You probably clicked on your user name in the top bar and selected Your Threads in the list of options. - Andy
 
Will it no longer exist even in archive form then Ben? Are there any link redirects or anything that we might still need it for?

Otherwise, no objections from me.

I have backups for the old site if ever needed. I can also add any additional redirects that I might have missed.
