Front brake sliders to hub

Hi all . Advice needed please ! . The thead which holds the front brake slider pins has rounded off . Would helio coil be ok to fix this ? Any comments would be helpfull guys thanks

It's a fairly common problem and a few members have made successful helicoil repairs though it looks tricky to drill and re-tap the hub dead square.
