Fsi inlet manifold change

Looking for a bit of help with lower inlet manifold change.
I'm after getting all the parts together before I start.
Have a complete manifold but will need to swap over the injectors, I'm hoping mine are OK but think I need the tip seals.
Can anyone recommend where to order online from.

The part numbers I think I've found from another thread on here

Hi Jason,

Sorry nobody has replied so I will have a go.

With something so specialised as injector seals I would think Audi, in fact I have a memory they do an injector seal kit, I would try Crewe Audi on here. What would worry me is something about special tool recommended to shape and fit the teflon seal, this goes hand in hand with my next point.

I am surprised your post implies to me you intend to simply swap over the injectors into the replacement manifold. Having done all the work to get (with costs) to this point it is often highly recommended that you send the injectors off to be professionally cleaned for the possible benefits in function, they might well need it by now. Just think if injector problems appear in the near future all your work will have to be done again. I know this is an expense circa £100 but if you pick the right company they will fit the teflon seals and the problem I mentioned goes away.

If it is a case you need the car back on the road and can't wait for the cleaning I would buy a set of used injectors, A2Steve was selling a set for £25 recently, deal with the cleaning ready for the work and fit them ready for the manifold exchange.

That is something I am thinking of, to get the injectors refurbed.
Again any idea of where to look and costs?

Also is there a need to get the tool for removing injectors.
Think I've seen it for around £30.

About the injector puller tool: I bought the tool but found it wasn’t necessary as gentle wiggling and pulling with fingers allowed removal. I sent the tool back. Also an injector specialist told me that if the Teflon seals look alright, they are ok to go back in. Be scrupulous about cleanliness and fit new o-rings between the injector, brass collar and lower manifold (lube with new engine oil). Others have had major fuel leaks after start-up if an o-ring get skewed when the parts slide back together.
Having said all this, and having had my injectors serviced, I am considering replacing them with new ones as it doesn’t pull properly below 3000rpm.

Great info.

My fsi is driving smoothly, with maybe a drop in power the only drawback ( and a few less mpg)
I'm looking forward to restoring to former glory and enjoying it
