Hi there,

Sorry for my bad writing, I'im from Belgium, Dutch and Frech writing are no problem. Most of the time that i change from gear, i'm hearing a litle click,just from the moment while i want to speed up. Is it normal? the car drives great and the gearbox is a beauty tho change the gear level, but i don't know if this is ok. I know it's not easy to give some details about it. It's my first A2 and i love to drive it, like the most of us...
 
Hi TORRE, welcome to the forums.

Your spelling and grammer is just fine. Not sure about the click that you are hearing. Do you experience it in all gears?

Hi Torre,

Welcome to the forum. Can I ask how old you A2 is?

Older A2's suffered from drive shaft problems which was resolved with glue. I never had the problem, however believe it led to 'clicking' or 'rattling' from around the gearbox area.

No Ben, it's just one second after gearing up, also wen i step on the pedal to go faster, just a litte click. not always. Maybe its nothing to worry about. A detail. I'am glad to be a member and finally found a website with class...

Actually it's my wife's car, i'm driving a VW as company car. I bought the car 2 months ago from a friend of mine, he as also a car reapair-shop. Is wife drove the car. I know the car from A till Z. And Kane... i'm more fanatic of the A2 you know...
