going abroad, help please!

I'm going over to Europe soon and obviously need to sort out my headlights, has anybody done this. Do i adjust them with masks/deflectors or is there a switch under the bonnet to adjust the beam for driving on the right?
Any help would be appreciated.

Kev: when you buy the pack from Halfords for £6-99 it clearly shows where to place them. Get the new style packs that has the round bits in it... The ones on Stuart's pictures are the old ones and are too big for use on the A2. I used the new round ones to Germany last week. You do the inner lights and stick the round sticker to the bottom and left of the light cone. The guide has clear pictures of the A2's lights in it too. Far better ones than the useless ones in the A2's manual.
