Grinding noise

Hello, I am writing from a hotel room in Mannheim, Germany, as I am on my way to the UK, driving Udi. During this trip, I have started to notice a grinding rotating sound coming from the back, that becomes faster with speed increase.. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? I have covered quite a few miles like this, and it hasn't caused me any driving problems apart from the really annoying sound(it is quite loud at 70-75km/h and again at 100-120 km/h).

When it does it again, let it happen for a few minutes then pull over where safe and feel the rear drums - carefully.

It's likely to be a rubbing shoe, which will show itself as a really hot drum!
