Has anyone converter AMF/BHC to vnt? How do you integrate n75 valve??

Curious about this

If I wanted to convert an AMF/BHC to a vnt turbo I know I would need an n75 boost control valve

But how would I wire this n75 valve into the ecu of a non vnt a2?

Can anyone give pointers on how to do this ? I know a few of you lurking on this forum have done it, could you share your knawledge?

I have had a vnt sitting for about a year now from a 130hp 1.9 tdi, still havnt looked at the conversion yet don't even know what manifold work is required if any as ive never had them off and at a relatively low 90,000 miles on my amf unit which I,m,o has just ran in lol, I don't want to blow it with the wrong valve so I'm in the same boat as you I'm afraid

just an update on this.. its possible to use the egr sensor to control the vnt mechanism.. you would basically flash the n75 file iover the egr file in the ecu to do this.. a few people have done this to convert to vnt on the amf..

All 3-cylinder A2's (even the 1.2) use the same cylinder head casting, so what is mounted on one should be interchangeable with another. The problem is that waste gates operate on pressure and VNT's on vacuum. There's no such thing as an EGR sensor. Perhaps sell your 75 and buy a 90? Might be cheaper!

Sorry.. my friend used the EGR valve as a N75 to control VNT.
He doesnt know how accurate the n75 control is at the moment. but it does work.
He needed a 3 bar map sensor and on the ecu he re-profiled the EGR so that it operates the VNT.... the ECU will effectively see it as N75.
So u can use the vacume control of the egr as a type of crude sensor so to speak.

Fyi I have a 90.. I just wanted to know what would be involved to convert a 75 to vnt as there's loads of cheap 75s cutting about and gt1749 asz turboes are cheap as chips.
