Has anyone got a rear footwell storage box?

I'm wondering how practical and useful they are and if it's worth the trouble and expense of finding one. Any pics would be cool too.

hi nuttinnew i have the rear storage box and i think its great.its dead easy to remove holds loads and also if you carry kids in the back it gives them something to put their feet on(floor is to far away for most littluns)as long as they are clean of coarse! i will try and take some pictures of it for you. cheers mike
 
I telephoned Stoke Audi today and they quoted £133 for a new Space floor box! But 5% discount for A2OC members... Seems a lot for storage, so eBay looks the way to go.

Pictures will go a long way to help us newbies decide if the expense is worth it.
 
I liked my rear cupholder unit in my old A2, that unit had a little storage area I will get round to buying another soon
 
I hope I don't need it for that purpose bretti :D
Easy removal sounds good also.
I like the idea of them and one sounds ideal for tucking things in when parked because they're so subtle.

Richard, that rear console bit is about £60 plus the fittings! Hmm, thirsty passengers I think....
