HazzyDayz

Hi,

Last year I had some work done by HazzyDayz, (RNS E, with Bluetooth and speech recognition. (at the same time as they fitted my FBMFSW)). Their prices were very reasonable (considering the amount of mods I had done)

There was a minor problem with the RNS E (cutting out occasionally) they replaced the unit without any hassle at all.

I am also getting a clicking noise that people can hear wen I ring them. Again sent a replacement new Mic (no charge). That didn't fix it, so they sent me a replacement Bluetooth unit, next day (also free of charge.) They would have replaced it themselves but I can't get the car to them for a while.

I just thought it only fair to show that their customer service is top notch.

You can only really tell how good a company is when you have a problem. Then you soon find out if they are decent or not!!!

I am quick to complain and so it is only fair that I should be quick to compliment.

Steve, Always good to get feedback and recommendations! As you say people are quick to complain when things go wrong but not to compliment when things are good.:) Hence, sometimes you find more bad reviews online than good as it will be the first thing people will do.(naturally)

HazzyDayz (Andy) have done two jobs for me: 1) folding mirrors on our RS3 that Audi refused to do, and 2) Bi-xenon DRL headlamps on our TT

On both occasions the work done was 100%; Andy was first class (and I've employed many nowhere near as good) and zero afterward issues

Earlier this year I called HazzyDayz to fit RSN E to our 2004 A2 Steve as it is perfect for us in the RS3 and TT but was told that it couldn't be done at reasonable cost - and I respected HazzyDayz for that

Speak as I find I fully recommend HazzyDayz

Hi,

Yes, as I am always quick to complain but I too am also quick to praise.

The RNS E conversion is not expensive, it is just the cost of the RNS E itself. Fitting it is more or less a DIY operation with just basic tools and experience.

There are many conversion looms on the net that make the wiring plug and play, file down the edge of the fascia to make it fit and away you go (more or less)
