Headlight bolt anchor

Sadly the anchor nut for the headlight has come adrift as the bolt was completely seized and the head turned off when I tried to remove it. Drilling the old bolt out out only made the anchor turn, and it eventually pulled out from the plastic.
Before I start getting experimental, is there a part number for the anchor:. This is the hole that was left, and this is the bit tha t came out

If not available, consider a hank bush, Araldited in, perhaps.
