Information headlight switch

hey all,

my dads a2 has a problem with the headlight switch. when you turn on to full lights the front fog lights come on without pulling the switch out and cannot be turned off...any one experienced this....is it easy just to change the switch over?
 
It is a doddle to get the switch out to change it, as Spike has suggested.

However, with new switches running at around £80 and ones with front fogs being scarce second hand, you might want to try a repair first.

If nor, I have spare ones - PM for details.

how goods that?

i followed your instructions and pulled it out...found it wasnt fully pushed in behind the switch clicked the back of the module against the front panel, put it all back together and voila all done

thanks guys!
