Heated mirrors not working

Hi!

Since it's winter I decided to retro fit heated mirrors (I thought i had none).
When I took out the mirror it turned out that they have the heating pad, the cables are connected and they should work.
But they do not.
The heating of the rear window works fine.
I checked and there's no current in the cables in the mirrors, either with the rear window heating on and off.
The fuses seem to be OK.
Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong?

It also came to my notice that the passangers seat does not heat as good as the drivers seat?!

Hello,

you have to go an Audi dealer who will switch channel 60 (of the comfort control module) from position “0“ to “1“ by computer.

In most cases this channel is set to "1" already so the heated mirrors retrofit usually is a plug & play issue...
