IIRC the winter pack of heated mirrors and screen washer jets is automatically switched on at low temperature perhaps as the snowflake warning appears on the dash. There is no independent switch for them power supplied by fuse 33. If not pure temperature operated then they could be permanently live if the ignition is on although I would have noticed the mirrors always warm which they are not on my car. The rear screen switch may turn the system on / off also.
The wiring for the washer jets does not pass through any switch as far as I can see.
The mirror heating is controlled by the CCCU. Looks like the washer jets are independent and on with the ignition unless I have missed a controller or thermal activation.
