Hi,
Welcome !!!!

I am not sure that it is normal for the heater to be cold after 8 miles of driving, the Webasto heater should have warmed the engine up a bit anyway, but even without that it still should have been warm after 8 miles.

Can't help with A2 servicing near you but there are a few experts around there.

hi , still waiting for the experts , come on guys

Sorry to test your patience for a few days. I'm no expert, but in the spirit of assuring no question going unanswered, I am aware that Awesome GTi in Manchester are recommended and the know A2's pretty well.

Member 'Skipton01' is an authority on A2's and he is in Mossley, however with a house move and a busy work schedule, I don't think he'd be able to assist at the present time.

Member 'chumsofmanunited' is in that general area too and does some hobby work, but I'm not sure of the extent of his services/expertise. It's maybe worth a PM.

Member 'Timmus' is in Lancaster. He doesn't do the oily stuff but is becoming an authority on A2 electronics and general diagnostic work.

Depends what you need. Good luck and welcome to A2OC.
