Help needed!!!

Having gone back to the garage where my A2 is parked, my mum started calling me, and to my horror I had not parked my car back enough and when the garages door came down to close, it has dented the front bumper just above the no. plate.

I will try and take a pic to show you, but does anyone know whats the best way to remove dent. I guess its harder cos its plastic so you cant just hammer it out.

Any ideas would be much appreciated as I feel very annoyed with myself!

Ouch, we have electric door and I'm paranoid about it also. I have no ideas for you sorry, but I feel your pain.
