Hit a deer - smashed wing mirror

Gave a deer a right good wallop round the head with my wing mirror the other day, managed to crack the housing and shatter the glass. Just a quick question.. am I missing some kind of mounting plate that the glass is attached to ? If so... anyone recommend where to get one ?

Doesn't look like anything is missing. I've had this type of damage happen to me recently and the damage i sustained was when i came to adjust the glass

from the inside it only adjusts from left to right and not up and down. I will change it soon...!
