How easy is egr valve to change ?

Not to bad on the FSI at all. There are 3 long bolts that go through the throttle body down through the egr and into the manifold. They are allen key head bolts which will be much easier to undo if you've got a ratchet with extension bar and allen key head sockets. You also then have to undo the multipline bolts holding the egr pipe onto the housing. Definately a DIY job if you are ok with the tools.

I've got a few fsi egr valves here that I could do for a tenner a pice, if you'd rather clean one up before you strip down so you can just refit it straight away.
