This isn't meant to be anything more than an outline guide - if there's the desire, I'll put a full version up on the A2OC site.
Right, now that I've got that out of the way - onwards!

First step is to determine if you have the necessary connections in the lamp cluster itself. Pull off the black cover from the nearside cluster and then squeeze the 2 pairs of white tabs together and remove the bulb holder. You should see an empty socket at the top, BUT WITH ALL THE METAL CONTACTS IN-SITU.

If the above is true, remove the black 6-pin connector from the bulb holder and you should see a vacant hole, ie one with no metal contact in it. If this is the case, great - you can have a second fog in place in about 30 minutes.

You will need:

1 x connector - part number 000 979 133 (A) 1.0mm
Flat blade screwdriver
Torx key (I think it's a T30, but don't quote me on that!)
Soldering iron
Insulation tape
1.5(ish) metres of 1.0mm wire(speaker wire will do, but not bell wire!)

Right, start off by removing the rear boot trim panel, by levering off the 3 screw caps with the flat bladed screwdriver, then undoing the 3 torx screws under them. The panel lifts out (vertically) but is very tight and needs a bit of jiggling and fiddling with the rubber boot seal around it.

Once you have done this, feed the wire behind the small piece of carpet towards the bulb housing. Solder the new contact onto the wire and push it into the 6 pin connector.

NB
The connector hinges open to ease insertion of the contacts.

Run the new wire along the route of the existing loom to the other bulb cluster and under the carpeting again. Flip open the 6-pin housing and solder the bare end of the new wire to the corresponding contact. You will need to trace the line of the contact back to the fog lamp (top bulb) to find the correct one.

Use the insulation tape to make good the joints and tidy up the new wire then re-install the boot trim panel and bulb housings/covers. Installation is the revese of removal.

That's it, you now have 2 rear fogs!

I have probably made this job seem a lot more complex than it actually is, but really, it is very simple as long as you have basic soldering skills and a bit of common sense (like using only your hands to remove panels!)

Let me know how you get on, or if you want a fuller description.
