HU harness problem

No worries! You’r not The only one that is getting older.

Pulled fuse 44 and 36. None of them where blown.

I have to Get my Multimeter next.

They (PO) might have tee'd into the ignition switch side, instead of the fused side. The connections to the ignition switch are from a single feed, with a fuse of 20 - 30 amps. Most cables will get very hot, but not blow the big fuse.
