The smallest hub centric you are likely to find is 15mm.

Our 15mm spacers are bored to 15mm depth to accommodate the standard hub spigot length. 15mm spacers do not fit all VAG model or may only fit your front axle. These spacers are designed to fit a standard VAG 57.1mm HUB and wheel bore.

If I'm reading the advert correctly, these spacers increase axle width by 20mm, so 10mm per spacer. The notes also warn the max depth of the existing centering spigot on the hub is 8mm, which I guess would be the limit for any 10mm spacer

They sell longer bolts separately.
If using original Audi wheels always specify the radiused seat bolts rather than taper seat bolts which are often used on aftermarket wheels
They show shipping costs to the UK but it would be worth checking under the current Brexit mayhem
