I dropped this piece while changing the clutch and I don't know where it goes.

Hello, yesterday I lowered the gearbox of my A2 BHC to change the clutch and I saw that it had a metal bushing that I don't know where it goes.
Can someone help me know where it should be mounted?

On the other hand, how do you center the clutch? I think the crankshaft hole is a little bigger and the usual tools don't work

Thanks from Spain!

Can you add a photo of the bushing?
You should centre the centre using a centering tool?
:D yes of course. I forgot to add the photos. It is metallic.

If you haven't got a centring tool you can make one with a piece of wooden Dowling and wrap tape around to make it a snug fit onto the center bearing and one for the clutch. I've done it with a pencil & tape in the past with no issues.

I found it over the gearbox like the second photo. The plastic pieces are not a problem. But the metallic one i dont know where It was. The only holes that has the same diameter are the other two photos... And i think that is not the correct position

the metal part looks like one of the three selector cable mounts that have a rubber piece with the metal fitting through the middles, and clutch centre tool you can find a perfect fitting long reach socket that should get you close enough while refitting the pressure plate ,

To centre the clutch plate with out a clutch centering tool(cheap)I have found a socket. The same size as clutch centre! Put the extension into and centred the clutch plate by eye! Usually works for me!
