get a bit of drop of at 2500rpm anyone know why this is?

my audi a2 takes around 56 mpg on the motorway and 38.5 in urban.

if i install one of those amd chips is it possible to reduce fuel consumption?

amd chip

mine came with the chip and they said the economy is better
you cant fault it at all sound lovely but not loud
driver it well and ive had 55mpg go mad and I had 42 mpg but thats in london! traffic

wouldnt wana pay £800 of my own money for anew exhaust but its stainless so it should last a long time

it upsets a few cars now and then the 50-70 time is about 4-5 secs
i think!
i have a firend with a clio sport and i can keep up with him round town once your mooving as its all in 1000 revs 2200- 3200 ish rpm 225 of those tourqey things (same as a bmw 320!)
runs about 90 bhp

i think it was the development chip for the 90bhp version! for audi

You have the wrong chip mate,, 172 Clio should have some respect for you no matter what the gradiant,,

On mine its pulls from just over 1100rpm and just has an attitude until you hit about 4500rpm.

I think I was the first one to get chipped at Impossible Performance and they wanted to make sure that it was right. Fuel wise, tank to tank will see a good 60+ on the motorway as long as I keep things steady and between 55- 75mph.

Like all greedy little boys, I am always chasing after more and although I haven't had the exhaust done yet and I have a few other ideas in my head, my slightly downhill performance has seen a GPS speed of 124mph,, more of needed to know what she could and haven't been back there since sort of thing.

Its from Impossible Performance in Kent. It was rolling road after the chip was fitted and if my memory is correct is was around 112bhp and around 258Nm.. cost about £300 and is worth every last penny.

Had it fitted around 300miles from delivery and have had zero problem. Better mpg, better response, better car full stop.. am I still smiling... umm!

fish and chips

where are you based id love to see if its quicker than the one ive got
mine runs about 90bhp but goes like a train above 2200/2500 to 4500
I recon its around 4-5 secs 50-70

santapod next year run what you brung?!!!!???

considering I came from a car that did o-62 in 6.9 secs and havent noticed that much difference (once i'm on the move) clio cup 172

its quicker if you take all the seats out and rubish and leave your pasengers behind... ho ho!!!

mines now done 68700 miles and still runs like new, let me know how you get on with it?
sound sweet!

I live out in the Thames Valley, 40 miles west of London. I have previously taken a new 90bhp version out for a spin.. its very impressive indeed but I ain't swapping mine.

I have an additional 110kg of stereo gear in mine plus a ton of sound deadening material and the little babe has still got attitude.

It is actually a very relaxing drive. In its current state you become aware, even as a passenger that something is not right from around 2000rpm in 4th. Out on the open road I take advantage that I have uprated my sports suspension. Its a bit hard and sits a good 25mm lower than the lowered sports version, but she loves roundabouts and corners and makes good use of the extra torque.

I guess I start smiling big time around 90ish because it seems to be speed that most cars can do but struggle to accelerate from, so between 90-110 is going to take your breath away.. fancy a spin, well you are always welcome to come visit,, I sit on the M4 out of London..
