Yea, I heard some people say that they'd wish for a 6th gear in the A2, and I think that it would make a lot of sense too. But you know "Leben ist kein Wunschkonzert" ("Life ain't a "request concert""). Yea I think you are right, it really boils down to how lucky you are, buying cars isn't like buying a phone or a computer where you can expect pretty much equal performance from all products of the same kind. I think the real solution for me is simply moving to the city I will be working in. An idea struck my mind today actually : if I move there I could simply buy a moped and drive around with that, by that I could easily level up my SF-Klasse, (car insurance rating) and have an easier time buying a car when I start to earn money after graduating from college (cheaper insurance while at the same time having higher income). The 1.4i gearbox is a bit "short" for that, though it will let you do 45kph in 5th
Edit : If I bought an A2 75 right now and insured it, insurance alone would cost me around 2000 EUR a year and the A3 8L would cost me like 2700 while the newest Porsche 911 would be like 1700 because I have SF-0
