Indicator bulb replacement

my rear indicator bulbs need replacing (apparently the orange had burnt off and so were practically clear) the dealer were asking for £32 to do that for me.

I declined the offer.

Are they easy to fit myself, is it as other cars I know just opening some door on the inside of the car and poking my fingers through a gap?

While looking online where I found bulbs for about £3.00 I saw these:

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of bulb, are they any good?

Many thanks

Where in London are you? If you want to pop round I will fit them in for you FREE! :D

Just grab a set from your local spares shop or there's one up the road from me and we can get a set from there.

They are very simple to fit, just remove the grills and unclip the panel, remove old, insert new, re-fit and your away! :)

SARGE, you are a lovely man to offer!
I'm not too far from you... SE London, but do-able.

However if it's a simple thing, then i'll have a go first, it's just that I read that the headlamps were an event to replace, so I wondered if the rear was the same.

(And I don't have the manual with me to check through)

I'll let you know how I get on!

Have I misunderstood? Is it the indicators in the headlights that need changing?
If so, then I find the removal of the headlights is really easy, just two torq bolts, and the headlight simply slides out! Honest is's simple, IF however, your still unsure, then pop it round, and I'll show you 'how to' and then you'll know for next time. :)

Nope, you had it right first time – it's the rear lights that need doing.
I promise to take you up on your offer if it's too much for me. :)
