Induction kit/ aftermarket filter options?

HI there sure this has been discussed millions of times, but would like upto date opinions, i know you can get the OEM replacement K&N filter but is there induction kits people have used? or cone styled filters? Thanks
I have a 1.4 TDI 75HP

I seem to recall that very few have tried altering the intake set-up on the A2. Are you after more power, or just a change in the sound?
If you want more oomph, the best bet is just to get a re-map. the 75TDi will map up to 100BHP very easily. The car is not limited by air intake flow - the size of the stock air filter is enormous compared to the power output of the car!

I think forum user Scott did tinker with his inlet tract (so to speak) including trying to plum in a low cold-air feed" but after a while reverted back to stock.

yes, dont bother with a filter or exhaust. Stealth remap will be the be worth thinking about, for the extra overtaking power.

Standard filter housing is pretty good. The cold air intake is in the right place and the filter is suitably sized. You will get more benefit increasing flow over the intercooler. Ultimately the turbo heats up the intake charge so the lowest you will get it back down to is ambient through the intercooler.

IMO Exhaust is worth tweaking, intake isn't.
